Cancellation policy: Appointment times are reserved for you. Both in my private practice and at Alliance Institute, weather-affected roads, illness, and emergencies arise and are not charged as cancellations. Life happens!
Late cancellations for voluntary priority shifts are charged a fee, as filling appointment slots with wait list clients is difficult with short notice. At Alliance, under 48 hours before appointment time generates a $100 fee. In my private practice, under 24 hours before appointment time generates a $50 fee.
